Effects of Hospital Ethical Climate on Voice Behavior Among Oncology Nurses’: Mediating Role of Courage

Aim: Ethical climate is an important organizational characteristic that affect employees' thoughts, attitudes and behaviors. The voice of the nurses, one fundamental employees hospitals, very valuable both in terms organizations they work safety their patients. However, relationship between hospital ethical behavior remain unclear. aim this study was to investigate effects on oncology nurses’ behaviors, considering courage as a mediator.
 Material Methods: sample consisted 71 registered nurses who were employed staff inpatient care services university hospital, October December 2018. This designed predictive cross-sectional study.
 Results: There positive significant relation hospital’s has partial mediating effect.
 Conclusion: Since its contains many different variables, can be deemed mediator relationship, but not may directly effective own.
